Currently, we only ship within India. Although we might ship to all areas at all times, customers/subscribers are requested to check the delivery availability and timelines as per their PIN CODE before placing an order.

Delivery is via a third-party courier.

All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed at the time of delivery.

Shipping address cannot be changed once an order has been shipped.

As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior to or during delivery.

If delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, and the courier company has to revisit your location for delivery of the product, you understand that additional delivery charges may apply.

Orders cannot be canceled once an order has been shipped.

Shipping time may vary depending on your location, so please allow 7-10 days for delivery.


In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed or approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Badminton Shuttler has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Badminton Shuttler and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation.


At Badminton Shuttler, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. We hope you'll be fully satisfied with your purchase; however, we understand that situations may arise where you need to return or exchange a product. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process, please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully.

Conditions for Exchange:

We offer exchanges in the following scenarios:

Sizing Issue: If the size of the product you received is not suitable, we'll be happy to assist you in finding the right size.

Wrong Product Received: If you received the wrong product, please let us know, and we'll help you get the correct item.

Items Received but Damaged During Transit: If your order arrives with damage caused during shipping, we'll ensure you receive a replacement in perfect condition.

Please note that any exchange request must be reported to our Badminton Shuttler support team via email at [email address] within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Failure to report the issue and request an exchange or return within the specified time frame will render Badminton Shuttler not liable to offer any further support regarding the purchase.

Return/Exchange Requirements:

To initiate the return/exchange process, please ensure the following conditions are met:

The items to be returned for exchange must be unused and in brand-new condition, as you received them, with all packaging, original wrappers, and labels/tags intact and attached to the product.

Specific product categories have additional criteria:

Racquets: They must be returned completely unused, with the original packaging. The plastic wrap on the handle must not be removed, and the racquet must not have any shuttle/ball felt on the strings. The frame must be free of any impact signs, scratches, and must be in an absolutely new condition for resale.

Footwear: Footwear must be in brand new condition. Please return the footwear using the same box it was shipped in. Take care to ensure the footwear is tried on in a clean and hygienic manner to avoid soiling. Do not remove the tags attached to the footwear if you wish to exchange them. The original footwear box and paper wrapper must be returned to maintain the product's original condition. Please note that Badminton Shuttler allows one free exchange on a particular purchase.

For more than one exchange of the same purchase, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges on both sides.

Swimwear: These items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached and in the new/original condition received. The garment must be returned with the original poly bag.

Racing Suits for Competition & Compression Wear: These are sourced for specific orders and checked thoroughly before being shipped. Badminton Shuttler will accept a return of these products only in the case of the wrong size or color being delivered by Badminton Shuttler or if the product was damaged during transit.​

Please note that Badminton Shuttler reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened, or the product appears used and is not in its original packaging for resale.​


In cases where the product you wish to exchange is not available, we will process a refund for the entire amount paid by you for the product to the original mode of payment. Refunds typically take 7-10 working days for processing.
